SharePoint Solutions Architect (ServiceNow & SharePoint Online)

Location: Hybrid work in Alexandria, Virginia, and across the Mid-Atlantic region, working on and off the client site.

What you will do

• Define target-state architecture, design standards, and implementation patterns for SharePoint development.
• Design and implement custom SharePoint Online solutions, workflows, knowledge management tools, and digital forms.
• Build solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder.
• Translate mission and user requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for federal human capital modernization.
• Integrate IT systems and workforce planning tools while improving collaboration, operational efficiency, analytics, and service delivery.
• Guide technical decisions and cross-functional delivery for government and public-sector engagements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Government and public services sector experience is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available, including H-1B and TN visa sponsorship.
