Sr Financial Analyst (FP&A)

What you will do

• Lead and support month-end close, forecasting, and planning activities across revenue and expenses.
• Maintain financial models, consolidate assumptions, monitor variances, and deliver accurate projections.
• Analyze financial and business performance, identify trends and drivers, and provide recommendations.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, Commercial leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align plans with business goals.
• Drive process improvement, automation, standardization, and adoption of AI-enabled tools across FP&A.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in commercial finance or a similar industry.
• Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, performance management, and business case development.
• Experience influencing stakeholders, building trusted relationships, and communicating financial information to senior leadership.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced English is required to support North America; experience in multinational and English-speaking environments is preferred.
