Manager, Supply Planning

Location: New York, NY, United States; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Base salary: $91,600–$115,000 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Develop and continuously refine time-phased supply plans and inventory strategies across multiple product categories.
• Optimize SKU-level service and inventory levels across plants, co-packers, in-transit stock, and distribution centers.
• Coordinate production scheduling and supply requirements with contract manufacturers.
• Combine demand, supply, logistics, distribution, and finance inputs into assumption-based inventory plans.
• Model scenarios, communicate tradeoffs, and recommend actions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define KPIs, reduce excess and obsolete inventory, and implement continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• BA or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of experience in supply or inventory planning, ideally in a CPG environment, plus 4+ years of broader operations experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience developing inventory models for complex supply networks.
• Experience with ERP systems required; SAP is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, independent prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to take initiatives from idea to execution.
• Ability to work in the New York office Tuesday through Thursday.
