Lead Analyst, Middle Office Distribution and Funding (Private Assets Change Management) (AI)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home

Base salary: $110,000–$188,000 for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers; $121,000–$207,000 for Washington, D.C.; $138,000–$236,000 for New York and California. Discretionary bonus may also be available.

What you will do

• Lead oversight of middle office distribution and funding processes for private asset management, venture capital distribution, and discretionary trades.
• Design control frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and governance for procedures, decision rights, job aids, and control documentation.
• Own enterprise-level change initiatives, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, rollout planning, and adoption measurement.
• Redesign workflows and implement automation, agentic AI, and modern workflow tools to reduce manual work and improve operational intelligence.
• Lead multifunctional transformation projects spanning process redesign, technology integration, and operating model enhancement.
• Define business requirements, user stories, test strategies, and UAT execution while advising senior stakeholders and resolving escalated issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in operations, process management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience working in regulated or complex financial services environments.
• Expertise in automation, change management, process redesign, risk-sensitive solutions, and cross-functional project execution.
• Advanced proficiency with workflow automation tools, data management solutions, reconciliation platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
