Senior Business Analyst, Transformation Office (Financial Services)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $83,100–$141,300 USD annually

What you will do

• Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, multiple projects, and workstreams within complex programs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with business stakeholders.
• Analyze current-state processes, workflows, and operating models to identify improvements.
• Support the design of enhanced operating, service, and delivery models.
• Partner with Technology teams during solution design, development, and testing.
• Define success metrics, track performance, and prepare materials for management and governance discussions.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis experience translating complex needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• In-depth functional or industry knowledge; financial services experience is required.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives or transformation programs.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
