Aggregate Loader Operator (Construction)

Location: Lomira, Wisconsin, United States; travel required; onsite construction work

What you will do

• Operate skid loaders, front-end loaders, backhoes, excavators, and trucks.
• Maneuver and navigate heavy equipment across construction job sites.
• Move aggregate and other materials throughout project sites.
• Support road, airport, mass excavation, and shoreline protection projects.
• Work safely while meeting project deadlines and collaborating with field crews.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of crusher operator experience in a pit or quarry, or related operator experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types operated and an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
• Willingness to travel as required.
