Americas Delivery Center ServiceNow Pod Lead-Technology (ServiceNow)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Americas Delivery Center in Blue Ash, Ohio, and/or remotely from a residence in the United States. Depending on the engagement, onsite work at the delivery center may be required up to 100% of the time. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $82,000–$138,000 annually, plus an 8% bonus target.

What you will do

• Lead analysts and senior analysts across multiple projects and delivery teams.
• Build ServiceNow reports and dashboards and support ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Work with ServiceNow Workflows, Business Rules, Integration Hub, and REST APIs.
• Lead initiatives across teams, ensuring quality delivery and service levels throughout the project lifecycle.
• Run project and team meetings, prepare deliverables and reports, and manage status reporting and budget-to-actuals tracking.
• Mentor, coach, evaluate, and develop team members while fostering positive collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience in a large-company environment using ITSM, CMDB, and SecOps modules, including SIR and VR.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Workflows, Business Rules, Integration Hub, REST APIs, and web standards including HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, and XML.
• Experience leading and supervising teams, including mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, and cross-team coordination.
• Ability to work from the United States and attend the Blue Ash, Ohio delivery center when required, with reliable transportation.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certification.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or advanced technical certification.
• Experience with JIRA, SQL, Python, Power BI, SharePoint, G Suite, or Linux.
