STS Sustaining Manufacturing Executive

What you will do

• Manage in-process and outgoing quality, product non-conformances, and material dispositions to minimize disruption to production and delivery.
• Review raw-material readiness and schedule production runs to prevent material-shortage interruptions.
• Coordinate process and equipment teams to maintain product quality and equipment performance.
• Identify systematic process and equipment issues and drive improvements with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead FIF projects with the process team and develop systemic actions aligned with quality strategies.
• Control material FIFO, age lots, and MCT to support CVP achievements and coordinate quality and scrap dispositions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, process quality, and handling quality product dispositions.
• Confidence and experience in people management.
• Ability to manage attendance, work arrangements, quality, scrap, and discipline compliance against operational KPIs.
