Multi Asset Product Analyst

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home.

Base salary: $77,000–$131,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Additional salary ranges apply to Washington, D.C., New York, and California.

What you will do

• Support product strategy and execution for retirement and multi-asset investment solutions through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Contribute to strategic road maps, product health checks, enhancements, launches, and ongoing product management.
• Build, maintain, and automate reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools for product, capacity, and distribution decisions.
• Collect, clean, and synthesize internal and external data to assess product performance, competitive positioning, market trends, and client behavior.
• Research investment strategies, competitor offerings, and industry trends to support recommendations.
• Prepare analytical materials for product forums, governance committees, and senior leadership while collaborating with investment, marketing, legal, product, and distribution stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience building or maintaining analytical tools, dashboards, or automated reporting using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Snowflake, or similar technologies.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose automation or process optimization solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate concise, actionable findings to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, data science, or a related quantitative field.
• CFA or CAIA certification, or progress toward certification.
• Experience using Morningstar and eVestment for market, competitor, or performance analysis.
• Interest in investment products, multi-asset strategies, retirement solutions, or financial markets.
