Assembly Technician (Marine Engines)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Assemble components for inboard and outboard marine engines, service parts, and related assemblies.
• Use air and pneumatic tools and set up, adjust, or change over production equipment.
• Inspect work at required intervals and respond to out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area according to standard operating procedures and plant safety rules.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.
• Participate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs.

Requirements

• Ability to work the 2nd shift in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
• Ability to use air and pneumatic tools and common production equipment.
• Ability to perform inspections and take appropriate action when work is out of tolerance.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, work rules, and plant safety rules.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors in a production environment.
