Assembly - Laborer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Prepare assembly work by reviewing instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and required materials.
• Position and assemble parts and subassemblies using measurements, templates, and hand tools.
• Inspect connections and components for correct fit and compliance with quality standards.
• Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions and communicating resource needs to the supervisor.
• Complete preventive maintenance, monitor supplies, and maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Communicate potential issues and contribute to accurate, timely production results.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Up to two years of manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools and read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Ability to identify whether products meet quality and productivity standards.
• Strong attention to detail, clear oral and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work overtime when needed and ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting items over 50 pounds.
