What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable features across the Alli suite of AI-powered applications.
- Draft and implement architectural designs for reliable, complex, and highly scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions and improve business outcomes.
- Build, test, debug, deploy, and troubleshoot products throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to maintain high-quality backend code.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while promoting development best practices and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience with NodeJS, Python, Go, or related experience; frontend-focused experience is also considered.
- 3+ years of experience with modern backend frameworks such as ExpressJS, Django, or Flask.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and scalable, high-performance systems.
- Advanced database experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or MySQL, including query optimization and schema design.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required, including for resume submission and interviews. A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience is expected.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, or LangChain.
- Interest or experience in digital marketing.
- AWS certifications.
