Senior Financial Systems Manager

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Annual salary ranges disclosed for selected U.S. locations: $160,000–$210,000 in Chicago, Denver, and Sacramento; $170,000–$250,000 in New York and San Francisco; $165,000–$220,000 in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.

What you will do

• Lead finance technology projects and manage the system development life cycle.
• Define requirements with Finance, conduct needs analysis, identify solutions, and implement recommendations.
• Manage the implementation, modification, testing, and support of financial and accounting applications.
• Develop functional specifications, test strategies, reports, ad hoc queries, and financial and operational analyses.
• Coordinate with IT, Finance stakeholders, end users, vendors, and consultants.
• Maintain data integrity, internal controls, audit trails, system security, and accurate data across financial applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Project and group leadership experience.
• Strong accounting, financial analysis, systems, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution skills.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel VBA, relational databases, data validation, and report writing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams, train users, work independently, and manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with SQL, SSRS, Power BI, financial data systems, and data visualization.
