Technology Manager Investments

Location: The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid working

Salary: €8,446–€11,262 per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience; 13th month and holiday allowance paid monthly.

What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop a team of approximately 20 software developers, information analysts, and quality assurance engineers.
• Translate Investments domain goals into a technology roadmap and change portfolio aligned with bank and NN Group technology guardrails.
• Manage the end-to-end technology lifecycle and products for the Investments domain.
• Ensure 24/7 availability, performance, stability, and delivery quality across the domain’s value chains.
• Manage IT vendors and stakeholders, including SLA compliance, prioritisation, and expectation management.
• Drive cybersecurity, resilience, risk management, regulatory compliance, and emergency leadership, including compliance with DORA.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of technology management experience in the Dutch banking industry.
• Proven experience with end-to-end IT operations and reliable, high-performance 24/7 value chains.
• Strong understanding of daily banking processes, IT risk management, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Extensive experience in IT vendor management, SaaS deployment, and SLA performance monitoring.
• Leadership skills to inspire and develop teams and deliver measurable results.
• Strong strategic, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business, technology, risk, and vendor groups.
