Tech Lead Integration

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid work. Candidates must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work there.

Salary: €5,994–€8,563 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Lead four integration platform squads across API Management, Event Streaming, File Transfer, MQ, and Workflow Automation.
• Align integration delivery with the overall IT strategy and connect platform work with projects across tribes.
• Drive operational excellence, innovation, vendor management, platform evolution, and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, delivery performance, and development and maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, lifecycle, quality, and availability standards.
• Coach engineers, support hiring, promote automation, and build scalable self-service integration platforms.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in similar leadership roles within complex IT environments.
• Experience leading DevOps teams in a scaled Agile setting and driving high-performance engineering.
• Strong people leadership skills, including management of approximately 30 offshore employees.
• Expertise in IT quality, security, compliance, digitalization, innovation, and future-proof technology.
• Academic working and thinking level, with strong analytical, conceptual, coaching, and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and the legal right to work in the Netherlands are required.
