Assurance Supervisor (Finance)

What you will do

• Plan and execute multiple client audit engagements throughout the year.
• Develop audit strategies from planning through reporting and research complex accounting and auditing matters.
• Supervise associates, delegate responsibilities, and provide training, feedback, mentoring, and career guidance.
• Communicate and resolve audit issues with engagement managers and client personnel.
• Build client relationships, support client satisfaction, and draft financial statements and audit findings.
• Support paperless workflows, digital collaboration, recycling initiatives, and sustainable workplace practices.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience across a variety of industries.
• Experience auditing complex accounts, including inventory, revenue, equity, and stock options.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage audit engagements from start to finish.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, research, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA certification is preferred; SEC experience is preferred.
