Assurance Senior Manager

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $105,000–$169,450 per year

What you will do

• Deliver industry-focused assurance and consulting services for middle-market clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
• Develop and implement testing to assess internal-control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork, service quality, timely delivery, staffing, billing, collections, and engagement profitability.
• Provide financial statement guidance, business recommendations, and actionable insights based on testing and analysis.
• Build client and internal relationships, support business development, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including financial statement auditing experience.
• Four-year degree; a bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide client service, maintain ethical standards, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master's or other advanced degree.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Experience in a professional services firm.
