Program Lead, Hospitality & Events

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; onsite five days per week

Base salary: $63,500–$109,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead hospitality and event operations for internal stakeholders, clients, associates, and guests.
• Oversee end-to-end event planning and onsite execution with service providers and internal partners.
• Manage event requests, room reservations, scheduling tools, conference rooms, and event spaces.
• Support budget oversight, forecasting, operational reporting, and program administration.
• Coordinate vendors and service partners, monitor service levels, and support issue resolution.
• Identify workflow and service improvements while helping maintain safe, reliable, clean, and comfortable facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage detailed event logistics in a timely and budget-conscious manner.
• Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods.
• Applicants must have United States work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Three to five years of event planning experience in a hotel or corporate environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality, food service, catering, and event management operations and systems.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations concerning alcoholic beverage service.
• Technical proficiency and a continuous improvement mindset.
