Strategic Planning & Program Enablement Senior Manager (AI)

Location: North Bethesda, Maryland, United States — Corporate Headquarters

Annual salary: $114,907–$140,184, plus eligibility for an annual bonus under the Management Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead the Segment and Commercial strategic planning process, including timelines, templates, leader inputs, and annual plans.
• Maintain the portfolio source of truth for initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and priorities.
• Prepare recurring leadership business reviews and support portfolio prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
• Own and evolve the program activation framework, deployment guidance, tools, templates, and resources for franchisee-facing programs.
• Manage program intake, activation pipelines, readiness reviews, stakeholder alignment, and rollout planning.
• Scale activation capabilities by incorporating deployment feedback and developing AI-enabled tools and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, strategy, operations, organizational leadership, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, program management, business operations, consulting, transformation, change management, implementation, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving senior leaders, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Experience developing governance models, program activation frameworks, implementation processes, or similar organizational capabilities.
• Strong facilitation, communication, executive presentation, judgment, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint, with demonstrated ability to use AI and automation to improve processes and user experience.
