Program Activation & Enablement Senior Manager (AI)

Location: North Bethesda, Maryland, United States — Corporate Headquarters

Salary: $114,907–$135,184 annual salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus under the Management Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Own and enhance the enterprise program activation framework, Deployment Blueprint, governance model, tools, and implementation standards.
• Partner with Program Leaders to define deployment plans, readiness requirements, stakeholder engagement approaches, and adoption objectives.
• Lead activation planning and cross-functional collaboration across operations, technology, marketing, learning, communications, and segment leadership.
• Manage initiative intake and the activation pipeline, including priorities, dependencies, resources, sequencing, and timelines.
• Assess organizational readiness, operational impacts, risks, dependencies, milestones, and implementation outcomes across multiple initiatives.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled tools and develop playbooks, templates, measurements, and best practices to improve execution and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, transformation, strategic planning, consulting, organizational effectiveness, change management, implementation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated success driving adoption and organizational readiness for large-scale strategic programs or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience developing governance models, implementation frameworks, deployment methodologies, or operational excellence programs.
• Experience evaluating initiative impacts, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements in a portfolio management environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint, plus experience with project, portfolio, collaboration, or workflow management platforms.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, organizational leadership, operations, strategy, communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• PMP, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification.
