Team Leader Client Services (Finance)

Location: Hybrid, up to 50% work from home, based out of the Janesville, WI or Sycamore, IL office. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Base pay: $67,700–$102,200 USD annually, plus variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, train, develop, motivate, and evaluate Client Service team members.
• Set team goals, expectations, performance standards, and development plans.
• Ensure timely, thorough, and consistent service supporting credit and financial products.
• Coordinate reconciliation, reporting, corrections, office operations, and related service activities.
• Improve productivity and client satisfaction by implementing policy, process, and organizational changes.
• Maintain compliance execution, resolve operational issues, and provide solutions for non-standard situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience in lending, compliance, and underwriting within a financial institution.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin financial-industry regulations and Farm Credit compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of farming operations, agriculture, accounting principles, credit, loan processing, servicing, or closing.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, computer, MS Office, CRM, and client database skills.
