Maintenance Technician - Night Shift (Packaging)

Location: Greenville, Texas, United States. Onsite night shift using a 3/2/2 schedule from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

What you will do

• Maintain and repair production and warehousing machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Determine dimensional changes, fabricate parts when needed, and adjust functional parts and control instruments.
• Communicate with departments to control downtime and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and document actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs in the EAM system.
• Support employee training, safety activities, and continuous improvement, 5S, and STW initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of continuous employment.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and blueprint reading.
• Ability to work onsite in Greenville, Texas, on the 5:00 PM–5:00 AM night schedule.
