Operator Urethane Molding (Urethane Manufacturing): Operating urethane molding machines and maintaining temperature, cooling, dispensing, and curing systems with an accent on process control and product quality. Focus on mold cleaning and assembly, ball inspection and extraction, and verifying molding eccentricity.

Location: Remote - Ball Plant - Cheongju, South Korea

What you will do

Operate urethane machines 1 and 2, including air compressors, cooling units, dispensers, heating systems, curing ovens, preheaters, and unloading sections.
Monitor raw material, dispenser, coating mantle, cooling, preheater, and curing temperatures.
Check raw material transfer, vacuum conditions, machine grooves, nozzle cleaning, mixer attachment, and urethane-molded ball eccentricity.
Perform mold replacement, disassembly, sanding, release-agent application, and reassembly during scheduled mold-cleaning work.
Inspect and extract finished golf balls.

Requirements

Ability to operate urethane molding equipment and monitor production conditions.
Ability to perform mold cleaning, sanding, release-agent application, and mold assembly.
Ability to inspect and extract molded golf balls.
Work location: Cheongju, South Korea
