What you will do

• Perform daily repairs and maintenance on hirify.global moulds to guarantee production reliability.
• Use machine tools skillfully for mould repair and preventive or corrective maintenance.
• Collaborate with the mould workshop team to solve quality and moulding issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) and QMS requirements.
• Monitor and report abnormal mould conditions during cleaning and repair processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement (CI) discussions and contribute process optimization ideas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mould repair (injection mould experience preferred).
• Education: Vocational or junior high school diploma or higher.
• Experience working in foreign-invested enterprises is preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication and logical thinking.
