Company

hirify.global develops performant, resilient, and adaptive connectivity products for space customers.

What you will do

  • Develop and own RF products across PCB, box, and system integration levels.
  • Lead design trades, analyses, and requirements evaluation for new RF designs.
  • Bring up, troubleshoot, test, and qualify new hardware designs.
  • Support product deployment and vehicle integration for space communications systems.
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, FPGA, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to enable large-scale production.

Requirements

  • End-to-end PCB design experience, including schematic capture, layout, fabrication, and assembly.
  • Experience with Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, and Altium Designer.
  • Strong understanding of S-parameters, P1dB, noise figure, channel power, EVM, RF cascades, link budgets, and noise analysis.
  • Experience using oscilloscopes, power supplies, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Experience with low-noise and power amplifiers, mixers, ADCs/DACs, phase-locked loops, oscillators, and filters.
  • Must satisfy U.S. Government ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, protected-individual status, or eligibility to obtain the necessary authorizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience building complex PCBs in Altium Designer and working with radiation-susceptible environments.
  • Experience with AD9361, Xilinx RFSoC, and similar digital-analog conversion interfaces.
  • Board soldering and rework experience with 0402/SMP components and QFN packages.
  • Communications link modeling, DSP fundamentals, and antenna design, simulation, and measurement.
  • Experience with high-PAPR signals and DPD concepts.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work as part of a small, cross-functional engineering team.
  • Contribute across the full product lifecycle, from initial design through manufacturing and vehicle integration.
  • Full-time employment with equity participation.
  • Equal employment opportunity and reasonable accommodation support throughout the hiring process.
