Senior Analyst, Global Credit Finance – ABF (Private Credit)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive program.

What you will do

• Support fund management, accounting, financial reporting, and investor reporting for the Asset Backed Finance business.
• Prepare fundraising analyses, due diligence materials, side-letter evaluations, and fund closing documentation.
• Coordinate fund and deal closings with investment, legal, tax, and middle-office teams, including entity formation and tax documentation.
• Manage and review capital calls, distributions, carry waterfalls, management fees, allocations, and reallocations.
• Review valuation models, quarterly fund closes, financial statements, tax workbooks, partner K-1s, and carry calculations.
• Coordinate investor updates, audits, public-company reporting deliverables, and ad hoc analysis for investors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in private credit or public accounting, including private credit or private equity investment experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements and the credit investment universe, including CLOs, term loans, and revolvers.
• Strong accounting, finance, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under strict deadlines and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Private credit industry experience.
• Knowledge of valuation techniques for liquid and illiquid credit products.
• CPA and/or CFA certification.
• Master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
