Internship: Credit & Collection // Taxes (Finance)

Location: Polanco, Mexico; onsite attendance and commuting required six hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

What you will do

• Follow up on bank reconciliations and customer payments while supporting transactional customers.
• Help reduce Days Sales Outstanding to support healthy cash flow.
• Prepare internal KPI reports and improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
• Support tax compliance using specialized tax software and spreadsheets.
• Respond to tax authority inquiries, compile audit documentation, and prepare VAT refund documents.
• Maintain digital tax records, support invoice cancellations, and monitor changes in tax legislation.

Requirements

• Be pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Expected graduation in December 2027 or later.
• Availability for the full internship program from January 18 to December 13, 2027.
• Availability to work and commute to the site six hours per day, Monday to Friday.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English, with basic conversation skills and strong reading and writing skills.
• Good communication skills; proactive, collaborative, and a team player.

Nice to have

• MS Office and database management skills.
• Power BI and SAP knowledge.
• Experience or interest in developing automations with Power Automate.

Hiring process

• Application review from August 31 to September 25, 2026.
• Video interview from September 7 to October 16, followed by interviews from October 19 to October 30.
• Admission is scheduled for November 2 to November 27, with a start date of January 18, 2027.
