Credit Intern

What you will do

• Support Credit and Collections activities within the Order to Cash organization.
• Review customer accounts and analyze supporting documentation and financial information.
• Prepare and maintain credit-process reports, trackers, presentations, and team documentation.
• Validate data and support accurate information management.
• Collaborate with regional teams and internal stakeholders on operational follow-up.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process-standardization initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Active student status with approximately the fifth to seventh semester remaining.
• Intermediate English proficiency is required for written and verbal communication and meetings.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, functions, filters, and PivotTables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Availability for a 12-month internship program and onsite work in Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Academic projects related to finance, accounting, business analysis, or data management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
• Proactive mindset and an interest in continuous improvement.
