Finance Intern (Consumer Goods)

Location: Irapuato Plant, La Soledad, Guanajuato, Mexico

Salary: MXN 9,000–18,000 gross per month, depending on the selected work schedule.

What you will do

• Provide financial leadership for plant operations.
• Lead two projects focused on identifying efficiencies in operations and materials usage.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present findings using visual tools.
• Collaborate with finance, PS, warehouse operations, and engineering colleagues.
• Follow a customized learning plan with ongoing coaching and mentorship.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a business or engineering field.
• Expected graduation between January 2027 and December 2027.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, accounting principles, and financial planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and clear data presentation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial management software.
• Basic project management knowledge.
• Experience working in multicultural teams.
• Presentation skills and familiarity with the consumer goods industry.
