Manager, GBS - Manufacturing Finance (SME)

What you will do

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials data for manufacturing plants, including scrap rates, demonstrated outputs, and labor usage per SKU.
• Analyze SKUs across multiple plants to identify the lowest-cost producer and coordinate appropriate scheduling.
• Manage standard costs for components and finished goods, perform standard-versus-actual variance analysis, and explain results to management.
• Ensure production BOMs are accurate and current for standard cost rolls and resolve SKU-level inconsistencies with plant finance.
• Support ERP and planning systems through data validation, issue resolution, and user training.
• Lead improvements to BOM creation, reporting, financial processes, and manufacturing data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, including Power Pivot, Snowflake, and Power BI; ability to manage large datasets and complex spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn in a global finance environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
