Principal Technical Leader for Automotive Systems Power (Analog/Mixed-Signal IC)

What you will do

• Set technical direction and make complex system and design decisions across multiple semiconductor programs.
• Lead critical IC blocks through requirements definition, architecture, design, verification, silicon validation, and production readiness.
• Translate product requirements into architectures optimized for performance, power, area, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Drive technical reviews, design oversight, documentation quality, and engineering best practices.
• Define verification, test, and validation strategies that connect simulation results with silicon and system-level performance.
• Coordinate design, verification, test, validation, quality, reliability, and applications engineering teams worldwide while mentoring engineers and advancing methodologies, automation, and AI adoption.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of analog and/or mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Technical leadership experience with complex semiconductor products and system developments.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, design, verification, validation, DFT, test, and production readiness.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, including the ability to influence global cross-functional teams and collaborate in multicultural environments.
