Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; work-from-home options are available.

Salary: $146,200–$282,600 annually, depending on work location and job-related factors.

What you will do

• Design enterprise quality architecture for end-to-end scenarios spanning internal and external systems, applications, integrations, and teams.
• Define the testing roadmap, quality standards, reusable patterns, tooling recommendations, and organization-wide load-testing standards.
• Shape AI-assisted scenario generation, agentic test execution, intelligent defect categorization, and AI-generated execution reporting.
• Design synthetic test data pipelines and centralized test data catalogs supporting autonomous regression testing and data integrity validation.
• Partner with enterprise architecture, platform engineering, security, and cross-functional teams on testability, environments, CI/CD integration, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Maintain impact assessment processes for schema changes and represent end-to-end testing in architecture, platform, security, and release-readiness forums.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or quality engineering, including at least 3 years in quality management or data architecture within enterprise environments.
• Experience designing testing solutions for complex, multi-system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, APIs, data provisioning, and CI/CD contexts.
• Experience designing synthetic test data pipelines when production data cannot be used directly.
• Awareness of security engineering, including access controls, audit requirements, and data identification in non-production systems.
• Ability to influence technical direction and communicate architecture decisions through actionable documentation and standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with LLM-assisted test generation, agentic test execution, or AI-augmented quality intelligence.
• Background in microservices, event-driven architecture, or API-layer integration testing.
• Experience in an agile, squad-based engineering model.
