Senior Lead Cyber Security Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and administration of Zscaler DLP, CASB, SSE, and SSL Inspection controls.
• Design scalable data protection architectures, DLP policies, EDM/IDM profiles, and exception governance processes.
• Integrate Zscaler with Microsoft Purview, ServiceNow, Sentinel, Splunk, and other SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• Develop automation using Zscaler APIs, REST APIs, Power Automate, Logic Apps, PowerShell, and Python.
• Lead DLP onboarding, policy tuning, incident response, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring while collaborating with application, infrastructure, cloud, architecture, risk, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in data protection and DLP, including 3+ years of hands-on Zscaler experience.
• Deep expertise in Zscaler DLP, CASB, SSL Inspection, cloud security, Zero Trust, SaaS security, and data protection frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and Information Protection, data classification, EDM/IDM, REST APIs, JSON, and platform integrations.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, Logic Apps, ServiceNow, Sentinel, Splunk, and SIEM/SOAR solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification.
• Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCCA) or Zscaler Certified Architect (ZCA) certification.
