Regional Territory Manager - Digital Products (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid work schedule with daily travel within the assigned territory.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year, depending on qualifications; eligible for an annual bonus or commission incentive.

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Patient Recruitment Managers.
• Achieve quarterly and annual recruitment goals across the assigned territory and region.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of medical offices to support digital and static network growth.
• Manage agreements, site surveys, onboarding documents, installations, and customer onboarding.
• Oversee Salesforce reporting and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Handle escalated client issues, conduct field visits, and represent Mesmerize at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience managing a field sales or recruitment team.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or Copilot, and the ability to use AI for content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory, with reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
