Sr. Manager, Analytics & Modeling (Advanced Analytics/Supply Chain): Leading predictive, financial, and operational modeling to support strategic planning, performance optimization, and data-driven decisions across commercial and operational functions with an accent on forecasting, KPI analysis, and translating complex data into executive-ready insights. Focus on designing models, improving efficiency and customer experience, ensuring data governance, and developing analysts or project teams.

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Raritan, New Jersey; Raynham, Massachusetts; West Chester, Pennsylvania; or Leeds, UK

What you will do

  • Lead the development and application of analytics and modeling solutions for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Design and maintain predictive, financial, and operational models to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations, insights, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Digital teams to align analytics with business priorities.
  • Monitor KPIs and trends to support forecasting, planning, optimization, and improved customer experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy and governance while coaching analysts and project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of progressive experience in analytics, modeling, business intelligence, or related functions.
  • Experience developing analytical models, working with large data sets, and using analytics or reporting tools.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • English required.
  • Travel up to 20%, primarily domestic.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree such as an MBA or MS with a quantitative focus.
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with forecasting, scenario modeling, advanced statistical techniques, BI, data visualization, or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Experience in commercial, customer operations, or supply chain analytics.
  • Analytics, data science, or finance certifications and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
