Senior Construction Analyst

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and financial reports for construction projects.
• Monitor project expenditures, construction savings, contingency usage, and budget variances.
• Track KPIs including schedule adherence, cost variance, and productivity rates.
• Maintain mid-month construction reporting and consolidate ad hoc data for construction management.
• Identify project financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop dashboards and visualization tools in Power BI and Excel while supporting process improvements, system upgrades, and reporting automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in construction management, civil engineering, finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction analytics, project controls, or cost management.
• Familiarity with construction processes, contracts, and industry standards.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting for construction projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, Procore, Power BI, and Oracle.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Workday or Sage and construction accounting principles is preferred.
