What you will do

• Lead multiple client engagements involving analytics, automation, data strategy, and business transformation.
• Translate structured and unstructured data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Manage requirements, scope, budgets, timelines, implementation, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee deployment of software, automation, and analytics solutions across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Advise clients on data governance, data quality, security, and sustainable operating models.
• Develop client relationships, proposals, recruiting initiatives, and the Data & Analytics practice while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Experience in analytics, consulting, audit, technology implementation, or related client-service environments.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements.
• Experience deploying and scaling analytics, automation, or data solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, analytics, visualization, reporting, Python, SQL, data engineering, and enterprise deployment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Alteryx, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, R, relational databases, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or AWS.
• Experience supporting middle-market organizations or private equity-backed companies.
• Finance or accounting knowledge and strong Excel proficiency.
