Analytics Senior Director

What you will do

• Lead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals, and regions.
• Define the analytics capability roadmap and organizational structure for scale.
• Translate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and align delivery roadmaps.
• Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects while supporting business growth.
• Manage Director-level leaders, succession planning, performance planning, calibration, and promotions.
• Use AI, automation, and technology to improve work quality, streamline processes, and accelerate decision-making.

Requirements

• 12+ years of analytics experience, including 5+ years in leadership, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience building and scaling analytics functions aligned with business strategy and measurable impact.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience guiding data architecture and modeling decisions.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, experimentation, and data automation.
• Deep experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for strategic reporting and executive-level storytelling.
• Experience leading cross-functional partnerships, KPI frameworks, governance, process improvements, and analytics leadership development.
