TL;DR
Product Development & Production Coordinator (Fashion): Coordinating pre-production apparel development, including tech-pack creation, fabric and trim sourcing, sample tracking, PLM data maintenance, and vendor communication with an accent on lingerie and swim product workflows. Focus on managing development samples and approvals, preparing fitting and presentation samples, maintaining accurate product information, and reviewing packing-list volumes.

Location: Onsite in Beverly Hills, California, Monday–Friday during core business hours.

What you will do

  • Coordinate internal requests for counter-development and new product samples with the inventory team.
  • Generate shipping labels and track development samples, lab dips, trims, fabrics, and wash samples.
  • Support buy-sheet and turbo tech-pack creation and document fabric approvals and lab-dip feedback.
  • Coordinate proto samples for fittings and prepare samples for presentations by hanging, tagging, steaming, and photographing them.
  • Maintain accurate product data and Bills of Materials in the PLM system.
  • Communicate daily with overseas manufacturers, collaborate with Production, and review packing lists for unit-volume accuracy.

Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong time-management, organization, written and verbal communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality control, prioritize and adjust workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional English communication is required.
  • An AA degree in Fashion is highly desired; knowledge of garment and fabric construction is advantageous.

  • Product development experience in the lingerie or swim category.
  • Experience with garment and fabric construction.
  • Additional language skills.
