Assistant Buyer - Kids

Location: Beverly Hills, CA; onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate product availability, deliveries, cost, quality, sizes, colors, pre-orders, custom cut dates, and minimum order quantities.
• Analyze historical data, product trends, performance, and inventory levels to forecast demand and recommend replenishment quantities.
• Present buying recommendations to Planning for approval and enter purchase orders into the system.
• Monitor program buys and core items to manage product flow.
• Recommend promotional activity to increase sales volume.
• Track fashion market trends and emerging best practices in merchandising and buying.

Requirements

• More than one year of experience in replenishment, data analysis, or a similar field.
• Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills, including SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Passion for fashion and trend analysis.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• English is required; the position is onsite in Beverly Hills, California.
