What you will do

• Develop and execute buying strategies for trend-driven women's denim assortments.
• Forecast fashion trends through market research, runway analysis, social media, competitor monitoring, and customer insights.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, product quality, and delivery terms to optimize profitability and margins.
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, pricing, margin targets, inventory levels, replenishment, and markdowns.
• Collaborate with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams on deliveries, promotions, and product launches.
• Use sales data, customer reviews, and market insights to improve assortments and profitability.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of apparel buying experience, ideally with an e-commerce fashion brand.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends and a passion for the fashion industry.
• Experience managing vendors and negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates.
• Strong prioritization, project management, organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience; English proficiency required.
