Sales Intelligence Data Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Analyze sales activity to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and support new customer acquisition strategies.
• Provide analytical insights for strategic planning, including commission and incentive plan development.
• Monitor sales pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to conversion and efficiency.
• Query, analyze, and summarize internal database data for ad hoc analyses, recurring reports, and dashboards.
• Build, maintain, and enhance reporting tools that track KPIs and trends for Sales Leadership and Sales Operations.
• Improve the scalability, accuracy, and efficiency of analytics workflows using SQL, Python, Salesforce CRMA, and related tools.

Requirements

• Education or coursework in Data Analytics or a related field, plus 2+ years of industry or related experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Salesforce CRMA, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, with expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Previous involvement in sales-team analytics and the ability to manage large datasets with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Work sponsorship is not available for this role.
