What you will do

• Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital, social, email, and paid media channels.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, customer engagement, customer acquisition, and brand performance.
• Conduct quantitative analyses, data investigations, UI analyses, and data model assessments for clients.
• Create insights presentations and communicate key metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing, product, data, solution architecture, modeling, and sales teams to align findings with business objectives.
• Mentor and train junior marketing data analysts.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in data analytics and marketing consulting.
• Experience with R, Python, SQL, R Studio, MS Excel, Google Cloud Platform, Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Google Data Studio, JMP, Qualtrics, and Canva.
• Knowledge of data cleaning, data visualization, forecasting, statistical analysis, machine learning, regression, clustering, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.
• Experience with marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution, t-tests, ANOVA, chi-square analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and dplyr.
