Relationship Manager

Location: Safford, Arizona, United States. Full-time hybrid position with an initial in-office training period; travel of up to 25% throughout the AgWest territory, including overnight travel.

Annual base salary: Level I $66,200–$99,900, with a typical starting range of $66,200–$88,700; Level II $72,600–$125,200, with a typical starting range of $72,600–$97,800. Annual performance-based incentive target: 12% for Level I and 15% for Level II.

What you will do

• Market and sell loans and financially related services while building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Visit customer operations, inspect collateral, evaluate management practices, and assess repayment expectations.
• Prepare credit analyses, make decisions within delegated authority, and submit recommendations to supervisors or loan committees.
• Monitor assigned accounts, manage loan performance, and coordinate servicing with credit analysts, loan specialists, and portfolio teams.
• Gather and evaluate financial, tax, legal, credit, employment, income, asset, and liability information.
• Support loan closings, credit administration, customer communications, and participation in agricultural, civic, and community organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read or learn to read audited financial statements, legal opinions, tax records, and other financial documents.
• Ability to establish customer rapport and communicate and negotiate terms verbally and in writing.
• Ability and willingness to travel for required duties.
• Valid driver’s license.
