What you will do

• Assist retail and internal customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries and orders.
• Provide accurate parts pricing, availability updates, and order information.
• Read parts catalogs, identify components, and pull and fill orders from inventory.
• Maintain organized inventory, conduct weekly bin checks, and report low-stock or unavailable items.
• Source parts from outside vendors and review body shop estimates for parts and pricing accuracy.
• Process retail payments, credit authorizations, repair-order billing, and inventory documentation.

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling parts, orders, and inventory.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read safety and maintenance documents and perform basic calculations involving discounts, percentages, and pricing.
