Parts Manager

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; TX - Dallas - Fort Worth - Arlington

Annual salary: $54,500–$95,500, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Complete a structured management development program to prepare for Parts Manager responsibilities.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and operational efficiency across the department.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for fast-moving parts categories.
• Develop vendor relationships to support timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Resolve customer concerns and collaborate across departments to deliver a positive experience.
• Manage associate performance, engagement, feedback, development plans, and the department’s environmental, health, and safety program.

Requirements

• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to interpret and maintain accurate data records.
• Completion of hirify.global training in all production processes.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Internal candidates must successfully complete the Management Development Program before applying.

Nice to have

• One year of experience as a manager or automotive technician.
