Inventory Lead

Salary: $19.20–$30.70 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Inventory Associates in completing daily operational tasks.
• Oversee vehicle receiving, scanning, reconciliation, and inventory record accuracy.
• Conduct cosmetic inspections and verify that vehicles meet hirify.global Final Quality Standards before customer delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized, secure display areas and work-in-process zones.
• Facilitate vehicle movement on and off the lot and support operational flow.
• Provide customer service and support associates while following Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data accurately.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead team efforts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varied conditions.
• Strong in-person and telephone communication skills.
• Completion of hirify.global training in all inventory functions and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
