Medicare Sales Field Agent - CarePlus Hillsborough/East Pasco County (Medicare)

Location: Tampa, Florida; must reside in Hillsborough or East Pasco County. Field-based role involving daily face-to-face interactions, in-home visits, community events, and local travel.

Compensation: $31,800–$123,800 per year, including base salary and targeted commission.

What you will do

• Educate individuals about Medicare Advantage plans and Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Build trust through face-to-face conversations, in-home visits, community events, and grassroots marketing.
• Generate sales independently and meet performance goals.
• Develop relationships and serve as a local resource within the assigned community.
• Attend member appointments and events scheduled on some nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Active health insurance license required.
• Residence in Hillsborough or East Pasco County required.
• Comfort with daily face-to-face interactions in homes, community settings, retail environments, organizations, and local events.
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits required.
• Mandatory attendance during the first five weeks of employment.

Nice to have

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
• Experience selling Medicare products.
• Public speaking or group presentation experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency.
