Medicare Account Executive

Location: Los Angeles, California; Austin, Texas; or San Antonio, Texas

Salary: $40,000 annual base plus $40,000 draw and commissions

What you will do

• Develop sales business plans, prospecting strategies, new leads, and first appointments.
• Participate in prospective client meetings and finalist presentations for new business.
• Provide Medicare, retirement benefits, and product expertise during sales meetings.
• Build relationships with carriers and clients while supporting complex cases and escalations.
• Oversee renewals, service activities, cross-selling, and case conservation.
• Manage the Annual Enrollment Period process and ensure AHIP certification and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Medicare and employee benefits.
• Life, Accident & Health License required.
• AHIP Medicare certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to sell new business and maintain positive client relationships.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
