Commercial Construction Project Manager (Industrial/Hospitality)

What you will do

• Lead commercial industrial and hospitality construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, logistics, milestones, and monthly owner reports.
• Establish project processes for RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and subcontractor change orders.
• Maintain safety documentation and ensure project quality and contractual standards.
• Coordinate with superintendents, site operations, assistant project managers, MEP managers, safety teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Supervise, coach, and train assistant-level operations team members while maintaining and developing client relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred, with additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Previous project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, JD Edwards, and other project-specific software.
• Advanced ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, decision-making, collaboration, customer service, and multitasking skills.
