Senior Superintend I (Construction)

What you will do

• Develop project logistics plans and implement schedules to coordinate construction activities.
• Lead field teams, assign work, provide training, and support team development.
• Manage construction budgets, track expenses, address variances, and support cost-control goals.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Monitor safety trends and inspections, implement OSHA and Beck safety procedures, and maintain safe work methods.
• Maintain project documentation, resolve construction issues, support preconstruction and close-out, and apply Revit coordination and Lean Construction practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction project experience.
• College degree in a relevant field.
• Thorough understanding of building construction and construction project execution.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, collaborate across disciplines, and present project pursuits.
• Ability to work continuously on an active job site, including outdoor conditions, ladders, stairs, and moving equipment weighing up to 50 lb.

Nice to have

• Experience with Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Revit, or comparable construction technologies.
• Interest in integrated project delivery, process improvement, and construction technology innovation.
